4-Step Registration Process

    1. Step 1: Application
      Submit Form-I to your State Board with β‚Ή5,000 fee and an affidavit. Include details about your shop, vet access, ventilation, and animals for sale.

    1. Step 2: Receive Certificate
      If approved, receive a non-transferable license valid for 5 years. You must file an annual animal report.
    1. Step 3: Shop Inspection

    Based on the report, the Board either continues or revokes your registration (with 30 days’ notice if revoked).
