🚨 **Immediate Supportive Care**
For **all** sick, weak, or injured birds. This is the stabilization plan before a vet visit.
- HEAT: Place bird in a small carrier/hospital cage. Maintain $85^\circ F$ ($29^\circ C$) with a heat source on *half* the cage.
- HYDRATION: Offer plain water or, if available and safe, an avian electrolyte solution.
- QUIET: Minimize handling, noise, and stress. Cover three sides of the hospital cage.
🍏 **Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV)**
A dietary supplement for general wellness only, **NOT** emergency medicine.
- **Type:** Use **raw, unfiltered ACV with the ‘mother.’**
- **Dosage (Wellness):** Dilute to $1\text{ tsp}$ per $250\text{ ml}$ of fresh water.
- **Caution:** Use only 2-3 times per week. **Do not use on sick birds** without vet advice.
