To be India’s nationally trusted authority and ethical knowledge hub for everything related to pet birds — promoting responsible ownership, verified breeding, humane care, expert training, policy shaping, and community empowerment.

| 4. Training & Capacity Building | Offer certification courses for avian care, breeding, and retail ethics. |
| 5. Policy & Advocacy | Liaise with AWBI, MoEFCC, state boards to influence legal reform and compliance. |
| 6. Consumer Helpline & Grievance Cell | Assist in complaints related to illegal trade, cruelty, or misinformation. |
| 7. BirdWatch & Data Repository | Build a national dashboard on bird health, trends, breeding reports, and mortality. |
| 8. Events & Awareness | Organize Bird Welfare Summits, Bird Pet Parenting Week, VetCon, etc. |

Breeders 🐥
Submit breeding logbooks, vet clearance, accept welfare codes, verified yearly.
Pet Shops 🛒
Must display licenses, enroll in ethics certification, allow surprise inspections.
Vets 👩⚕️
Listed after avian specialization, attend CPD training, report abuse cases.
Consumers 👨👩👧
Get access to verified listings, emergency vet network, grievance redressal.
